Teas for Cozy Mornings Like These

We woke up to diffuse light streaming through the window, lazily making our way out of bed to start the day. While the rain fell softly outside, we bundled up in our pajamas and made our way to the kitchen to make a little breakfast of honey cakes and two cups of tea. It’s one of my favorite things to do with my husband on the weekend.

I’ve been gone traveling for work quite a bit lately, with four flights in the span of one and half weeks with another two to come next week. It’s a busy season for the both of us so there’s nothing like a slow weekend together to unwind and recharge together before the week starts up again.

On rainy days like these, we love warming up with cozy teas. One of my seasonal favorites is this Winter Dream Tea from Coffee Bean. It’s only available around this time of year and tends to sell out quickly. It’s lovely paired with the French Vanilla Powder and milk.

I also love this instant Cardamom Chai from Waterfall Teas. I’m usually more of a fan of chai that you have to brew over a stove, but this is a rare exception. It’s great for the office or a lazy day when you’re craving a cup of chai.

For a boutique apple cider that’s sure to best any apple cider from your grocery store, order fresh apple cider from Cold Hollow Cider Mill. You can also buy the concentrate if you’re looking to spread out your apple cider cravings. We found this place during our fall trip to Vermont and absolutely loved it!
