Making Pizza At Home

We decided to eat in on Friday night and make some pizza at home. In true mini fashion, I made mini pizzas while my husband made larger ones.

I was surprised to find that we could buy pizza dough from Whole Foods. We rolled it out with some flour and cut out circles with bowls and cookie cutters. Here’s the progression of my mini pizzas.

Adding marinara sauce to my mini pizzas on my mini charcuterie board:

Sprinkling mozzarella and cut up mushrooms:

Adding a little fresh basil:

Scooping my mini pizza and transporting to the mini pan of our mini Breville oven:

I’d highly recommend for a fun dinner at home. We made a variety of pizzas, but a couple of good combinations are 1) truffle cheese with arugula, mushrooms and sausage 2) mushroom, tomatoes, mozzarella 3) brie, arugula, San Marzano tomatoes, sausage.

Happy pizza making!
