Spring in a Cup of Tea

As a an avid tea drinker over the years, I’m always looking for new teas, but also restocking several. We’ve been inspired by all the flowers starting to bloom, despite the chillier weather this year and longing for spring. We’ve been brewing Harney & Sons Rose Scented Tea almost all week. It’s like enjoying early spring in a cup of tea.

I was first introduced to this tea by a friend who stayed over some years back and brought me a tin of this tea. Unlike most rose teas I’ve tried, this one is well balanced. It has the right amount of floral overtones, but also has a nice depth of flavor with the black tea leaves.  

Someday I’ll make it to Harney & Sons in New York. Bucket list! Until then, happy early spring!
