Fresh Air & Headspace
When my mind has be churning for a while, I like to get away for a bit and get some fresh air, letting it layer on like a blanket of peace while I sort through my thoughts.
There’s something magical about finding yourself in an open space where the sky seems endless. It’s as if the visual impact of the space sets your mind free and your tension at ease.
We came across these paragliders in an unlikely sunny spot in Daly City. I loved watching them takeoff and glide into the golden hour.
These are times where I find it inspiring that we’ve figured out ways to use pressure to create soaring and uplifting experiences. And that we can use pressure or stresses in our lives to create something wonderful too. We just need to figure out how to use them.
Here’s to the end of one day and the beginning of another.
